Does anyone else worry about the ghost of nudes past cropping up to ruin your career

I’m on a throwaway because I think I still feel some degree of shame attached to how sexually active I was in high school (still working in it).

I (25F) just got a big and pretty visible promotion. I feel extremely lucky to be in this position and hope my career continues to grow. However, I have recently been having a lot of anxiety that if I continue to be successful eventually an ex-fling will come out of the woodwork with the many nudes that I sent as a h*rny teen and circulate or sell them in a way that is damaging. I know that sounds super conceited but are there any other women that worry about this?
